Black Greek Letter Organizations empower Black students on campus by creating a community through programming and social events. For instance, my organization has three national programs, which are Bigger Better Business, Social Action, and Education. Through these programs, members create events like how to interview, resume workshops, etc.

Black Greek Letter Organizations, also known as BGLOs, have played a significant role in empowering Black students during their college life.
1. Social and Personal Development: BGLOs offer a community of support and encouragement for their members. The organizations provide a range of opportunities for personal growth through leadership development, mentoring, and networking. Members learn to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and develop interpersonal skills that are valuable beyond their college years.
2. Cultural Pride and Identity: BGLOs serve as a cultural foundation for Black students, providing a sense of belonging and identity. By preserving and promoting Black culture and history, BGLOs help their members to develop a strong sense of pride in their heritage.
