  • What size should I order?

  • How often do you restock items?

    It varies. Not all items are restocked because our aim is to offer unique, one-of-a-kind products. For items that do get restocked, it's based on demand and availability. To stay updated on specific items, please use the restock notifications feature on the product page.

  • Can I be notified when an out-of-stock item is back in stock?

    Yes, you can! If an item you're interested in is out of stock, simply click on the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and enter your email address. We'll send you an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

Ordering Process

  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    At LNO Greek, every order is swiftly and securely processed via our payment system and prepared for shipping. Once orders are placed, we incur non-refundable fees. If you decide to cancel your order BEFORE it has been dispatched, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to cover these costs before any credit is issued. Please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Can I modify my order after placing it?

    Once an order is placed, we aim to process it quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Due to this rapid processing, we are limited in our ability to make changes to your order once it has been confirmed. However, if you need to modify your order, we recommend you contact us immediately at care@lnogreek.com with your order details and the changes you wish to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped or if we are unable to make the requested changes, we can guide you through our returns process or help you place a new order for the correct items.

  • Can I update my shipping address?

    No returns or exchanges will be accepted after custom orders are placed.

Shipping

  • When will my order ship?

    All orders placed will be packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days of the order. We use USPS and UPS shipping services depending on the order amount. During the holidays processing time for standard shipping may be delayed due to an influx in orders.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 – 48 hours for updates to be reflected. Please check your spam for tracking information.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to APO and FPO addresses. If you need other international shipping contact us if you need an item shipped overseas we will invoice you instead.
